The GEAR AID Pro Program is designed for the people who keep adventure going. The guides, educators, rangers, rescuers, and outdoor professionals who rely on their gear day after day. As a Pro, you’ll get exclusive access to discounted pricing on the repair and maintenance products that help you do what you do best: fix what’s broken and keep it out there.
Membership is by application and is not guaranteed. As a member of this program, you become a pivotal part of the GEAR AID community—and we ask that you act with integrity. The Pro Program is a privilege, and we reserve the right to adjust pricing or revoke benefits at any time.

What documents do I need to supply with my application?
Documentation varies by category — see the “Do You Qualify” section above for details. Applications without proper documentation will NOT be approved.
Can I return or exchange items purchased with my Pro discount?
All Pro sales are final. We’re unable to process returns or exchanges on discounted purchases, so please double-check your order before checking out.
Can I purchase gifts for someone else using my Pro discount?
No. Pro pricing is a personal benefit and is for your own use only. Orders placed for friends, family, or resale will result in removal from the program.
Can I apply for the Pro Program if I live outside of the United States?
At this time, the GEAR AID Pro Program is only available to residents of the U.S.
Does free shipping apply to Pro orders?
Free shipping promotions do not apply to Pro orders. Standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
