We're looking for dependable, safety-minded people to join our Production and Warehouse team in Bellingham.

This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. Depending on your experience, interests, and business needs, you may work in Production, Material Handling, or Shipping.

If you enjoy staying active, working with a team, learning new skills, and seeing the results of your work, we'd like to hear from you.

What you'll do

Depending on your assignment, responsibilities may include:

  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
  • Receive, inspect, move, stage, replenish, and store materials and finished goods
  • Verify products, quantities, labels, lot numbers, and packaging requirements
  • Perform basic quality inspections and identify product or material issues
  • Maintain accurate production, inventory, and shipping records
  • Use scanners, warehouse systems, and other equipment as trained
  • Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, production equipment, or other material-handling equipment as assigned and qualified
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, quality requirements, and safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Work collaboratively with Production, Material Handling, Shipping, and other departments to meet daily operational needs

What We're Looking For

  • Dependable and committed to regular, on-time attendance
  • Safety-minded and able to follow established procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment
  • Able to learn new processes, equipment, and systems
  • Willing to work as part of a team and help where needed
  • Able to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
  • Previous manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or material-handling experience is helpful, but not required
  • Forklift experience is a plus for warehouse assignments

Training

You don't need to know everything on day one. GEAR AID provides structured, hands-on training using our SOPs and a Tell, Show, Do approach.

New team members learn by working alongside experienced employees, observing the process, practicing tasks with guidance, and receiving coaching and feedback as they build confidence and proficiency.
