Why Can't I Use Sea Drops or Sea Gold on Swim Goggles?

Sea Drops and Sea Gold are not for use on swim goggles because the lens is situated fairly close to your eyes and swim goggles tend to allow water in. If the water mixes with the solution and gets into your eyes, it may cause irritation. This is why Sea Drops and Sea Gold are not recommended for use on swim goggles. The lens on a dive mask is further from your eyes and dive masks tend not to let water in, so the products are great for dive masks.

For swim goggles we recommend our Anti-Fog Spray, which is not as concentrated as Sea Drops and Sea Gold and can be safely used on swim goggles.
